All natural ingredients are used at The Downtowner. Their greens are organic, their meats are free range and grass fed. They try to use locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. They also do not use plastics in their restaurant except for the cups you use at your table. There are no plastic straws used and their to go ware is 100 percent compostable. In fact, the knife and fork you will take back to the office or home are made out of potato starch!
