Located in Stockton's historic Miracle Mile shopping district, the Yoga Center opened in Stockton, CA in 1993. As one of the first yoga studios in the area, their mission has been to offer the Stockton community an oasis of peace where individuals can practice yoga to heal and nourish the body, mind and spirit. The studio offers yoga of varying styles suited to students of all interests, ages, and physical abilities. The Yoga Center provides a safe, non-judgmental and non-threatening environment in which to practice yoga at any level of fitness. They offer classes in Hatha gentle yoga, Vinyasa flow, prenatal yoga, chair yoga, kids yoga, baby & mommy yoga, toddler & mommy yoga, as well as zumba and salsa dance.
